One HVAC marketing service, scheduled month by month

Proof from real campaigns

Results from our HVAC work, read against the calendar

These are published results from HVAC and heating companies we built and marketed. We list them with the time each took, because the time frame tells you more about what to expect than the headline number does.

Written by Ali Sedighi, MBALast updated:

Every result on this page comes from an HVAC or heating company, and each names the company and links its live site. We have arranged them by how long they took, from 90 days to 12 months, because that is the question owners starting a monthly service actually want answered: when does each kind of work start to pay?

All case studies on HVAC.Agency

90 days: BCWide.ca

BCWide.ca reached 3× leads in 90 days.

Ninety days covers the trial, onboarding and roughly two months of live work. A result that quick usually comes from fixing what was broken (tracking, page coverage, the Business Profile) and adding well-aimed paid campaigns on top, rather than from content volume, which takes longer.

What transfers: if your foundations are weak, the first quarter can bring the biggest jump you will see, simply because so many calls were leaking before. What doesn't transfer automatically: a company that is already well set up will not triple from fixes alone.

6 months: HeatLand

HeatLand saw a 300% lead increase in 6 months, supported by 850+ SEO articles.

Six months is where content starts to show its weight. HeatLand's volume of articles is far more than most companies need, but it illustrates the principle: each useful page is another way for a homeowner to find you, and the effect builds month after month.

What transfers: a steady content schedule, timed to the heating and cooling seasons. What to keep in mind: content at that scale is an Elite- or Growth-level commitment, and quality matters more than count.

12 months: Roma Heating & Cooling

Roma Heating & Cooling grew organic traffic 400% in 12 months.

A full year is how long organic search often takes to become a dependable source of calls. Roma's growth is organic traffic, not paid, which means it keeps working when the ad budget pauses.

What transfers: patience pays in local search. Owners who stop at month three rarely see this kind of curve, because most of it arrives later. The local SEO page explains the month-by-month pattern.

Ongoing: CombiBoiler.ca and CanroHeat.ca

CombiBoiler.ca: 300% ROI, 300+ monthly leads, and 500+ page-1 rankings on combi-boiler searches.

CanroHeat.ca recorded 250% lead growth.

These show what a mature monthly service looks like after the early phases are done. CombiBoiler.ca is a specialist site focused on one product category, which is why its rankings are so concentrated. CanroHeat.ca shows lead growth for a company-wide brand. Our group also built GasBoilers.ca, a gas-boiler division for CANRO Heat that serves 26+ BC communities and holds a 5.0★ rating from 76+ Google reviews.

What transfers: a narrow, well-defined specialty can be marketed hard and win a disproportionate share of searches. If you have a strong niche, such as boilers, ductless systems or commercial rooftop units, it deserves its own pages and possibly its own campaigns.

How to read these results honestly

Three cautions apply to every case study, ours included.

  • They are not averages. Each is one company. We don't publish portfolio averages, and you should be sceptical of agencies that do without showing the data.
  • The starting point matters. A company starting from almost nothing can show large percentage gains; one starting from a strong position will show smaller ones that may be worth more.
  • Marketing is only half of it. Booking rate, price and service quality decide how many leads become jobs. We market the companies; we are not a contractor, and the installs behind these numbers were done by the clients' own crews.

What this means for your calendar

Put together, the results suggest a rough sequence. Expect the first quarter to fix leaks and bring the quickest gains, the middle of the year to show content and search starting to work, and the end of the first year to show organic search as a source of calls you can rely on. Our 12-month calendar guide lays this out month by month, and the pricing page shows which plan fits each pace.

If you want to know where your company would start, the 7-day free trial answers that with your own numbers.

Frequently asked questions

Can you promise me the same results?

No. These results came from particular companies in particular markets. They show what the method can do; your result depends on your market, your competition, your job values and how your office answers the phone.

Are these real companies?

Yes. Every result names the company and links its live website so you can look for yourself. The full list is on HVAC.Agency's case studies page.

Which result is most like my company?

It depends on your starting point. A company with a weak site and little tracking often looks like the BCWide.ca story early on; a company ready to invest in content looks more like HeatLand. We discuss this at the end of the trial.
