Owners often ask which of our services they should buy. The honest answer is that there is only one service, and it is built from five parts that rely on each other. The trial finds the gaps, onboarding closes them, and the monthly work runs on top of a clean foundation. What changes between clients is the depth of each part, which your plan sets.
Use this page to see what each part does, when it starts, and how to tell whether it is working. Each heading links to a full page.

1. The 7-day free trial
The trial is a week of audit work done before you pay or hand over a card. It covers four things: a digital marketing audit, a website performance check, an SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking in your service area.
Who it suits: every new client starts here, without exception. Even if you arrive certain you need ads, the trial often finds that the real leak is somewhere else, such as a Business Profile pinned to the wrong address or a site that hides the phone number on mobile. Details are on the free trial page.
2. Onboarding: the first 30 days
Onboarding turns the trial's findings into a working foundation. We set up or recover your accounts in your company's name, put call tracking and analytics in place, correct your Business Profile and start the website work.
The order is fixed for a reason: measurement before spending. A website build runs to the timeline of the package you choose, from 2–3 weeks for a 5–7 page site to 4–6 weeks for a multi-location build. The onboarding page lists every step and what we need from you.
3. Monthly local SEO and Google Business Profile
This is the part that compounds. Each month we add or improve service and area pages, keep your Business Profile active and accurate, and fix whatever is holding your rankings back.
Expect slow early months and steady later ones. Local search rarely moves much in the first 60 days and often moves a great deal between months four and twelve. On Growth and Elite this part also includes advanced content work and review generation. Read the local SEO page.
4. Google and Meta ads management
Ads are the quick lever. They can put your phone number in front of people searching for "furnace repair" this week, while search work catches up. Starter includes a basic setup on Google and Meta; Growth adds multi-channel campaigns and retargeting.
The rule we follow: no campaign goes live until calls from it can be counted. We then judge campaigns by cost per booked job, not by clicks or impressions. The ads page explains seasonal budgets and what we watch weekly.
5. Reporting and monthly reviews
Reporting is how you hold us to account. Starter clients get a monthly report, Growth clients weekly reporting, and Elite clients a real-time dashboard, custom reporting and monthly strategy calls.
Whatever the plan, the report answers three questions in the same order every time: what did we do, what did it produce, and what changes next. If you cannot read it in ten minutes, we have written it badly. See the reporting page.
How to tell which depth you need
Pick the plan by your goal and your market, not by the length of the feature list. A one-truck company in a small town usually gets most of the value from Starter: a strong site, a strong Business Profile and simple ads. A company competing in a large metro, or one adding a second location, tends to need Growth for the content volume and review work. Elite fits owners who want video, PR outreach and a named account manager.
If you are certain you only want one piece, such as ads on their own, the group's HVAC marketing services menu lists the individual services and helps you pick by goal. If you are unsure, the trial settles it. At the end of the week we recommend a plan and explain why, and you are free to start smaller. The areas page explains how the calendar changes by province, and the FAQ covers contracts, ownership and timing.
Frequently asked questions
Can I buy just one part, such as ads?
This site describes the bundled service, where the parts depend on each other. If you only want a single service, call or text and we will tell you honestly whether it makes sense on its own, or point you to our à la carte options.
Which plan includes which parts?
Every plan includes a website with SEO service pages, Google Business Profile and local SEO, ads setup and reporting. Growth adds advanced content, multi-channel ads, retargeting, CRM integration and review generation. Elite adds video, PR outreach, a dedicated account manager and monthly strategy calls.
Do you do any of the HVAC work itself?
No. We are not a contractor and never install, repair or service equipment. All five parts are marketing and business consulting work.
What if my website is fine already?
The trial will tell us. If your site loads quickly, tracks calls and has a page for each service you sell, we keep it and work on it rather than rebuilding it.
